I run and maintain this site. Additionally, I enjoy all things natural---good food, yoga, etc. I started this site, along with my wife, in the hopes of providing a focused medium for like minded individuals to share their knowledge. As the blurb in our FAQ states, the intent is to keep this focused unlike a forum where, sometimes, a thread yields no answers but rather ends up being a debate or even a fist fight.
